Leadership & Management Development Programs
Gayle believes in the ability to drive greater, more sustainable social change by building the capacity - the leadership and management skills - of nonprofit leaders, managers and social entrepreneurs. She has assisted in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of numerous leadership development programs. From child care directors and community clinic leaders in the US to government health managers and leaders trying to eliminate HIV in Africa, Gayle partners with academic institutions, NGOs, public sector agencies and private corporations to design and implement innovative programs that build the business and leadership competencies of social sector leaders.
